Single-stage vacuum generator mod. ECC50S

As a single-stage pneumatic suction device, the ECC50S utilizes Venturi technology to convert airflow into negative pressure. Its distinctive feature is the perfect coaxial alignment between the vacuum port (intended for the suction cup) and the generator axis itself, which facilitates close-range positioning to the application, minimizes pressure drops, and speeds up automation cycles.

Design features and installation

- Vacuum port (U): Integrated thread designed for mounting the suction cup.
- Mechanical mounting: On the opposite side, an M10 threaded connection allows installation on moving components, robotic joints, or level compensators.
- Structure: Made of aluminum, including the internal nozzles.

Fields of application

The ECC50S is used in handling systems, loading systems, and feeder robots for various industrial applications.

Optional accessories

The exhaust port (R) can be equipped with a dedicated high-efficiency silencer (mod. SIL.A1/4) for noise emission reduction.
